Thailand – a country of beautiful scenery and delicious food. We love how flavoursome Thai dishes are and the fragrance that comes from the kitchen when we cook. Red, green or yellow curries – we don’t have a preference, we love them all!

We can recite Thai recipes for hours - so if you’re in a hurry, best not ask us for them as you will be late! If you have some time to spare though, we would love to chat and point you in the direction of the ingredients that will really get your tastebuds tingling.

Pad Thai is always a crowd pleaser as like fried rice, it is so versatile and can be vegetarian, chicken based or include some of our delicious FNQ prawns. Satay is another favourite, whether it’s chicken, pork or beef, getting the balance of flavours right is vital.

Clear soup such as Tom Yum is the perfect balance of flavours which are always a surprise to those who have never tried this traditional dish.
